As a creative individual, I have always loved having the opportunity to share my ideas, opinions and talents with other people around me. This is a great place to do just that.

My career, which started as a software developer in various companies and sectors, changed course after roles such as analyst, analysis leader, and customer relations manager, with the introduction of agile working methods into my life in 2016 :) The moment I first heard it, I remember saying, "Here is everything I felt was missing in business life." After working as the Scrum Master in the team for 2 years, we decided to split the product as our product grew, and I continued my journey in agile roles as Product Owner for 2 years due to my area of interest/expertise. Afterwards, I started my Agile Coaching journey with the thought that I could contribute more to the agile world and touch more people.

My priority is to create unique and interesting content on this blog and in my videos. I will share here what I experienced, what I looked for but couldn't find, the techniques I experienced, and simply all the problems and solutions I have.
